| The TSR Group was contracted by the
Argus Development Company to provide conceptual planning services for
approximately 8000 acres of pristine land about 60 miles west of Albuquerque,
NM. The TSR Group was responsible for combining all base data, including
digital survey to provide meaningful context for the design of a low density,
high-end residential development. Economics, engineering, and planning
were all combined in GIS to yield the best possible design. Key factors
in this project included views to Mt. Taylor, the proximity and placement
of building envelopes, and the preservation of wildlife habitat.
