| The TSR Group is providing data management
services for the construction of this downtown Denver project. Riverfront
Park is positioned to become Denver's premier urban residential community.
The Riverfront Park urban loft residences and commercial property occupy
26 acres along the South Platte River. Riverfront Park offers walking
access to most downtown amenities including the Pepsi Center, Denver Center
for Performing Arts, and Coors Field. The downtown flats and lofts will
take advantage of the latest high bandwidth communication technology to
manage and maintain the properties in addition to offering this service
to residents.
The TSR Group is coordinating project information from 12 primary sub consultants to aid the owner's management of this complex project. To ensure all are working from the same base set of information, The TSR Group is positioning consultant information within a real world coordinate system and projection. All data and information is organized in the The TSR Group's TerraCentra database to facilitate reference and resolution of construction specific issues as well as future uses, with revisions and updates incorporated in on a monthly basis. The TSR Group's TerraCentra for the Riverfront project is available on the Internet via a secure interactive map display developed by The TSR Group. This gives both the consultants and the owner instant access to view up-to-date data, query this data, post questions and view the site with detailed QuickTimeVR movies. |
