| East West Partners has contracted The
TSR Group to assemble all construction related information for the Riverfront
Park project in downtown Denver into The TSR Group's TerraCentra™
database and make it available over the Internet to team members. TerraCentra™ components include existing and proposed utilities, easements, ordinances, revised platting, soils analysis and all project control information. Additional layers include existing vegetation, topography, transportation, and structures. Project data is updated on a bi-weekly basis through sub-consultants on the project. An ortho-rectified aerial photograph was also included as an underlay to all information. The TSR Group is making all of the above data available through the Internet for project team coordination among 30 individuals. The map interface allows users to pan, zoom, and query layers for specific information. Users may choose which layers to view. The TSR Group also implemented GeoNotes™, which allows users to place a symbol on the map and associate comments, issues or suggestions with the symbol and e-mail them to selected team members. GeoNotes™ also provides a monthly report of hot issues and concerns by topic to the team. |
