| The TSR Group was contracted by F.O. Phoenix
to provide general planning and GIS services for a 31-acre condominium
development in Silver Creek, Colorado. Master Plan elements including
site layout, conceptual engineering, economic planning, survey and QuickTime
photography were incorporated into one dynamic ArcView project. This project was used to produce the Sketch Plan for preliminary approval by the Grand County Commissioners and was also the design basis for preliminary plat development. Major challenges on this project included site topography, density requirements, and an extremely compressed schedule. |
