| Grand River Ranch is a 20,000 acre
development located just west of Kremmling Colorado. These acres are being
developed into a very low density ranch mountain estates with common amenities.
The TSR Group was contracted to provide the clearing house and overall
spatial data management for the project. The TSR Group collected all existing
spatial data including CADD files, GPS files, public digital data and
project photogrammetry data. The TSR Group then compiled all of this data
into its TerraCentra™ format. This data set now includes the survey
work and the current construction work being undertaken on the project.
The TSR Group provided field crews to differential GPS all of the existing
roads and all of the roads currently under construction. The TSR Group
was also contracted to take the existing financial data including costs,
projected revenues and other important data and apply these to the map
data. Thus, allowing for the computation of units construction costs,
construction cost projections and overall project performance.This is
an ongoing project to date and has been under The TSR Group data management
since October 2000.
