| The proposed Somerset Ridge Estates
Subdivision is a 640 acre low density development planned for 1-2 acre
ranches that will have access to an extensive open space trail network
within and surrounding the project. The trail system will access the proposed
Platte River trail that will extend for 100's of miles. Within the project
there will also be a small commercial area and a state-of-the-art Equestrian
Center to house and service homeowners. The project is located four miles
south of the town of Milliken and has beautiful views of the front range
and buttes along the Platte River corridor.
