Data Distribution
GIS is principally a communication tool. There is no reason to collect data if one does not intend to distribute it; even if it is restricted. The advent of digital technologies has created new opportunities for collaboration and coordination. We are leaders in this field and have not only basic hardcopy cartographic experience, but are also highly skilled and knowledgeable of the nuances of digital communication.

Internet / WWW Development
We can provide to our clients many flexible possibilities to put their "live" data on the WEB. We can host projects based on a monthly fee structure, during which the client sends us new CADD data or other information, which we will update or post as contracted. If the client desires we can also implement and support on-site WEB based applications including instruction and system planning so that the client can manage their own WEB site. Systems like these allow users to share information and expertise from any location on the planet.

CD-ROM / Multi-media
Using a variety of GIS, graphic and multimedia software we are able to produce projects on interactive CD-ROMs. These CD-ROMs can be mastered so that the native GIS or CADD files, as well as any document or graphics files, are stored and retrievable by anyone needing to use them in the native format. We can also add an applet to the CD that allows the user to look at and interactively browse the substance of the CD without having GIS software or specialized knowledge. Projects delivered in such a fashion are available to anyone with access to a computer.

Complete project Data Management
We specialize in project data management, both large and complex or small and simple. We have created many tools over the years that allow us to comprehensively track and catalogue data for entire projects. We provide this type of data management on long term or complicated projects so that at any time all stakeholders have available to them a history and description of their data. Tracking data in this manner helps to substantiate and defend decisions during conflicts as well as to provide support for continuing operations and management of the project.

Communications
We currently have clients and colleagues in four different states and Canada. We are able to collaborate on projects regardless of their location due to our digital and Internet capabilities. We maintain a full suite of E-Mail and File Transfer Protocol (FTP) software so that transferring files to and from clients is easy and efficient. We travel to collect data at site locations and post the data for our clients immediately. Using digital technologies we can facilitate projects over space and time.
