System and Application Integration
The TSR Group specializes in integrating enterprise data and information with GIS data. We conduct needs analyses, workflow analyses, use cases, and develop functional specifications to ensure that you receive the greatest benefit from your integration effort. This process benefits our clients by:

-	facilitating the migration of legacy systems to new platforms or applications;
-	building upon existing enterprise resources to develop new GIS and Internet based applications;

Database Design and Development
The TSR Group designs and develops enterprise databases on both Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle platforms for both spatial and non-spatial applications. Our spatial database designs may be enhanced with ESRI’s ArcSDE™ or Oracle’s Spatial Data Cartridge™ and our non-spatial data may be configured in XML. TSR also has expertise in developing lightweight Microsoft Access databases to facilitate GIS or other enterprise applications.

Internet Application Development
The TSR Group offers complete business solutions for your Internet application development needs. We deliver everything from conceptual design/GUI design and development to Application Service Provider hosting solution. Our expertise lies in developing Internet based GIS solutions that augment existing online document management and project management applications. We develop solutions with ESRI’s ArcIMS™ platform, a strong foundation for a variety of technical solutions which include ASP, Java, HTML and XML. TSR also has expertise working with Microsoft Internet technologies including the .Net framework, Sharepoint Portal Server, web services, and Internet Information Server.

GIS Technology Implementation
The TSR Group offers turn-key GIS solutions in addition to our own suite of products, TerraCentra™, which leverage existing software applications such as AutoCAD™, MSProject™, MSOutlook™, QuickTimeVR™, Adobe Acrobat™, Document Management, Project Management and Internet applications. TSR will not only design and implement the system you need but also work with you to collect and augment the spatial data your solution requires. The TSR Group is an ESRI Certified Business Partner and Solutions Provider with the entire suite of ESRI products.

Outsource GIS Consulting
The TSR Group is expert at spatial data collection, management and refinement. We offer Natural Resource Mapping, and Inventory Data Collection/Verification services. The TSR Group will work with you to build a data strategy to acquire and maintain data that supports your business objectives. We regularly work with municipal, state, and federal agencies, and private data vendors to acquire the most accurate spatial data for our clients. The TSR Group also coordinates collection of new aerial photography, ALTA survey, and digitizing of new features from paper or CAD documents.

Web Hosting Solutions
The TSR Group offers complete web hosting solutions for your GIS based, project collaboration and Internet applications. The TSR Group operates and maintains computers in a downtown Denver co-location facility that offers 100% Internet uptime and 24/7 monitoring of our computers and applications.

Field Data Collection
TSR performs sub-meter GPS data collection with the most advanced technology. The TSR Group operates and maintains:

-	2 sub-meter GPS units with a laser range finder and pen-based Aspen computers;
-	a four-wheel drive vehicle;
-	an off-road 4-wheeler.

TSR also collects digital still photography and 360 degree panoramic photos with Apple’s QuickTimeVR technology.
